Stab vest
Sometimes words exchange meaning, negative becomes positive and vice versa, etcetera.
A stab vest is an anti-stab vest.
Static cloths are anti-static cloths.
Marital affairs are extramarital affairs.
Retrovirals are antiretroviral drugs.
A homeless charity is a charity for homeless people, orhomelessness charity.
A bullying policy is an anti-bullying policy.
We know that " climate protesters" aren't campaigning
to stop the climate. It's short for "climate-change protesters", which
is short for "campaigners for global CO2 emissions reduction to avoid
further climate change".
In the same way "anti-Vietnam protesters" were "anti-Vietnam
war protesters".
Famine in Africa is a human crisis, but we call it a "humanitarian
crisis" because it's a crisis that demands a humanitarian (charitable,

People like to borrow the phrase cognitive dissonance from
psychology to describe people who try and make all their ideas match.
But the theory explains that people like to avoid cognitive
dissonance: if a beautiful woman gives you a horrible tasting drink, you
rate it as less sour.
Mental health is used as shorthand for mental health
problems, or mental illness. “A helpline for mental-health sufferers...”

Human rights is used to mean "human-rights record", or
"record of abuses against human rights".
Abuses stands for "human-rights abuses".
Assertiveness is used for "lack of assertiveness: “I can see
if I'm being closed out of a conversation and can push my way back in,
while other women don't, perhaps because of assertiveness or they don't
recognise what's happening because they haven't been in that situation.”
